Payroll Direct Deposit

Pay employees through electronic transfer of pay period salary directly to their bank account.

 

Electronic payroll remittance

SimplePay submits monthly payroll remittance on your behalf to CRA. Remittance details are sent to through email. 

Electronic year end filing

SimplePay will submit year end T4 Summary on your behalf. All you need is to provide us your company's web access code.

ROE Web

For each employee who leaves your service, or there is an interruption in earnings, Record of Employment (ROE) must be submitted to Service Canada. SimplePay can submit Web ROE on your behalf.

Vendor Payments

SimplePay provides vendor payment option through electronic file transfer.
