Firefox Cheque Print Header issue
This is due to default settings of Firefox Adobe Plugin.
There are 2 options to fix this issue
Option 1:
When the Cheque pop up window is open.
Save/Download the File as a pdf file on your system
Open file with Adobe Reader and Print
Option 2:
Open Firefox
Go to File -> Page Setup item on the menu,
Then select the Margins & Header/Footer tab in the dialog.
Adjust margins of printing as required
Set �blank� in all drop downs of Header & Footer Section
