Your SimplePay data is replicated across multiple database servers in two different Geographic locations to prevent any failure of data loss. Additionally, that data is backed up nightly to tape and stored in a secure offsite location to ensure that, even in the event of a catastrophe like a Tornado or flood, your information will be safe and your records can be quickly restored.
SimplePay keeps track of all the changes made by any user to your payroll data with date and time stamp, you can view Audit trail on all critical pages of SimplePay.
As payroll data is always very much sensitive in all aspects, we restrict concurrent usage of SimplePay, i.e. if more than one users have the access to your company payroll data, they cannot manipulate data at same time, so in this way we restrict data discrepancies.
