    We take responsibilities of our customer's data and we provide security and reliability of their data through the following secure features of our software:  




    Secure Socket Layer (SSL)


    Information exchange between your browser and SimplePay is protected with 256-bit encryption 



    Strong Encryption 


    SimplePay uses strong encryption algorithm AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) for sensitive data like bank details and other confidential fields     



    Data storage


    Severs where your data is hosted are electronically and physically protected. Only authorized people can access the servers.



    Backups  


    Your SimplePay data is replicated across multiple database servers in two different Geographic locations to prevent any failure of data loss. Additionally, that data is backed up nightly to tape and stored in a secure offsite location to ensure that, even in the event of a catastrophe like a Tornado or flood, your information will be safe and your records can be quickly restored.   



    Audit trail  


    SimplePay keeps track of all the changes made by any user to your payroll data with date and time stamp, you can view Audit trail on all critical pages of SimplePay.


    Concurrent usage


    As payroll data is always very much sensitive in all aspects, we restrict concurrent usage of SimplePay, i.e. if more than one users have the access to your company payroll data, they cannot manipulate data at same time, so in this way we restrict data discrepancies. And your data is always safe and protected.  


    Sensitive data Masking  


    SimplePay has masked all sensitive data e.g. SIN, Bank Account Numbers, Date of Births etc. in SimplePay web pages and Compliance documents, user can unmask data by providing Account Password.

    2-Step Verification

    SimplePay  has implemented 2-Step verification for making your data more secure. User will need to verify his / her account through confirmation code entry, code is sent by SimplePay on user's phone number
